Who Pathways Serves

Pathways Community Day School serves students in Kindergarten through Sixth grade who need special support with behavior. The Pathways program is not part of open enrollment as it is a specialized program and students are placed here by referral only. Students served in Pathways are referred here by the Director of Student Services or through Child Welfare Attendance Services.

Our Mission

The mission of Pathways Community Day School is to provide a safe and supportive environment in which all children can develop the tools necessary to achieve their individual goals.
